The Frameless Hardware Company
The frameless hardware company LLC, a supplier and manufacturer of the glass and glass window industry, acquired the assets of A. Geo. Diack, Inc. was originally established in 1953. The California-based company provides complete architectural display cases, store fixtures, mirror frames, partition posts, through windows and extrusions.Through this sale, FHC has acquired all the inventory, manufacturing equipment and product designs of Diack's entire product portfolio. This acquisition marks FHC's second acquisition this year. The company now manufactures and supplies a variety of all-glass entrance systems, door controls, frameless shower hardware, building railings, trading windows, glass tools and supplies, as well as aluminum entrance, storefront and curtain wall systems. According to the company's announcement, all Diack employees will retain positions in FHC's corporate office and manufacturing facility in Southgate, California.
